We act as an agent coordinating services provided by third-party suppliers such as hotels, lodges, airlines, and local operators.
Enquiries and Bookings
- Quotations provided through our website or team are estimates based on the information you supply and are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and any required deposit or payment has been received according to the terms specified in your invoice or booking agreement.
- You are responsible for providing accurate traveller names, contact details, travel dates, and special requirements at the time of booking.
Payments
Payment terms, including deposit amounts and final balance due dates, will be communicated at the time of booking. Bank transfer details are available on our contact page. Failure to pay by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposit, subject to the cancellation policy applicable to your trip.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms vary depending on the services booked, supplier policies, and season. Specific cancellation and refund conditions will be provided with your quotation or booking confirmation. In general:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our team.
- Refunds, where applicable, may be reduced by non-refundable supplier charges, bank fees, and administrative costs.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you and all travellers in your party:

- Arrive on time for scheduled transfers, flights, and activities
We can provide general guidance, but final responsibility for compliance rests with the traveller.
Conduct and Safety
You agree to follow the instructions of our guides, drivers, and partner operators, and to behave respectfully toward local communities, wildlife, and fellow travellers. We may refuse service or terminate a trip without refund if a traveller's conduct poses a safety risk or violates applicable laws or supplier rules.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTEMBEZI Adventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or participation in travel arrangements. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking shall not exceed the amount paid to us for that booking.
Many services included in your itinerary are operated by independent third parties. While we select partners carefully, we are not responsible for acts, omissions, or failures of suppliers beyond our reasonable control.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, or severe weather conditions.
